616 square feet with 8’7” ceilings
This 616 square feet was amazingly converted into a full bathroom, an open rec space, an entertainment area and an “u”shaped wet bar. We worked with the existing columns and they actually ended up framing in the wet bar seating area. The client chose a very soft palette of materials which assists in making the spaces look larger than they appear. Not using wall cabinets at the wet bar and installing floating shelves instead helps to make the space feel more open, while the base cabinets provide them with the storage they need. The open shelves cubby in the bathroom utilizes the dead plumbing access space for necessary storage in a creative way. This project was an example of using our creativity to maximize a space’s potential. Our client can now enjoy the option of have large gatherings in their newly designed space.
